Sec. 4-4.01. - Interference prohibited.¶

Every person who shall willfully, maliciously, or negligently injure or damage any fire engine, hose cart, fire hose, or fire apparatus of any kind belonging to the City, or who shall tie, hitch, or fasten any horse, team, or animal to any fire hydrant, or who shall drive, haul, or cause any wagon, automobile, or other vehicle or thing to be driven or hauled over, on, or across any fire hose in use at any fire or fire drill shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
