§ 2.40.310. Contract authorized.¶
A. A contract between the City Council and the Board of Administration of the California State Employees' Retirement System is hereby authorized. A copy of the contract is attached to the official copy of Ordinance No. 110, marked "Exhibit A" and by reference is made a part hereof as though set out in full.
B. The Mayor is hereby authorized, empowered and directed to execute such contract for and on behalf of such agency.
C. Amendment to the contract between the Board of Administration of the California State Employees Retirement System and the City Council is hereby authorized. A copy of such amendment is attached to the official copy of the ordinance enacting current contract amendments, and by this reference made a part of this code as though herein set out in full.
D. The Mayor is authorized, empowered and directed to execute such amendment to the contract for and on behalf of the City.
