§ 2.40.110. Personnel rules adopted.¶

The Personnel Officer shall prepare personnel rules that supplement this chapter. The rules shall be adopted and may from time to time be amended by resolution of the City Council.

§ 2.40.120. Classification and compensation plan adopted.¶

The Personnel Officer shall prepare a classification and compensation plan, including class specifications, and prepare revisions to the plan as required. The plan shall be adopted and may from time to time be amended by resolution of the City Council.
