16.18.020 - Community development director review.

The community development director shall review the request for time extension and submit the application together with a report to the planning commission.

16.18.030 - Time limit extension.

The approved extension shall not exceed a period or periods authorized by the Subdivision Map Act.

16.18.040 - Conditions of approval.

As a condition of the extension of a tentative subdivision map, the planning commission may impose new conditions or revise existing conditions on the approved tentative map as deemed necessary.
