12-3-620 - Disconnection of Service for Nonpayment.

A consumer's water service may be disconnected for the nonpayment of a bill for water service rendered if the bill is not paid by the fifteenth (15th) day after mailed notice of the amount due as provided in Section 12-3-610. 12-3-635 - Estimated Bills.

If a meter fails to register correctly or is obstructed and cannot be read, the bill will be based on an estimate of the amount of water used, based on using during the prior months. Due consideration will be given in such estimate to the normal seasonal demand of such service and to any other factors that may assist in arriving at a charge for the water service.

Exceptions & meaning →

12-3-640 - Multiple Meters.

Separate bills will be rendered for each meter except where the District has for its own convenience installed two (2) or more meters in place of one (1) meter. Where such installations are made, the meter readings may be combined for billing purposes.
