1-4-400 - Appointment.¶

The office of the Town Surveyor shall be filled by appointment by the Town Council pursuant to the provisions of Section 27550 of the Government Code of the State.

Any person appointed Town Surveyor under the provisions of this subsection shall serve at the pleasure of the Town Council.
