1-4.200 - Office Created.¶
The office of Finance Director of the Town of Windsor is hereby created. The Finance Director shall be appointed by the Town Manager.

1-4-205 - Duties.¶
The Finance Director shall perform such duties as may be prescribed by the Town Manager.

1-4-210 - Bond.¶
The Finance Director shall furnish a fidelity bond to be approved as to form by the Town Attorney and approved by the Town Council and shall be conditioned upon the faithful performance of the duties imposed upon the Finance Director. Any premium for such bond shall be a proper charge against the Town. If the Finance Director also holds the office of Treasurer, a single bond covering both offices will be sufficient.
