WILDLAND-URBAN INTERFACE FIRE

Section R337 of the California Residential Code is amended to read as follows:

All residential construction shall meet the requirements of the California Wildlands-Urban Interface Code and the California Building Code. Windsor is defined as a Moderate Fire Severity Zone except where a more restrictive designation is provided by the Fire Severity Zone Maps provided by the Office of the State Fire Marshal.

Article 5.

This article shall be known as the "California Mechanical Code," and may be cited as such. For purposes of citation, the California Mechanical Code, Part 4, 2025 Edition, including tables and appendices thereto; as amended by the State of California and adopted by reference and amended by the Town of Windsor, is renumbered by adding "7-2-600" et seq. before each section.

This article shall be known as the "California Plumbing Code," and may be cited as such. For purposes of citation, the California Plumbing Code, Part 5, 2025 Edition, including tables and appendices thereto and including the IAPMO Installation Standards; amended by the State of California and adopted by reference and amended by the Town of Windsor, are renumbered by adding "72-700" et seq. before each section.
