9.60.010 - Closed circuit television—Defined.¶
As used in this chapter, "closed circuit television" system shall be any system or arrangement whereby a signal or impulse broadcasting from a television broadcasting station is received at a given place or places and then in a manner conducted or distributed to television receiving station by means of wire, cables, or conductors or any combination of wires, cables, or conductors.

9.60.020 - Unlawful acts designated.¶
It is unlawful for any person to do or cause to be done any of the following acts or things:
A. Connect with, or make any connection to any wire, line, cable, conductor, instrument or appliance of any closed circuit television system without having first obtained from the owner or owners or operator or operators thereof permission to do so;
B. Make, install, place, arrange, construct, use or employ any instrument, device, appliance, cable, conductors or wire or any combination thereof in such proximity to any part of a closed circuit television system within the city that the electric or electronic energy, impulses, transmission or signal transmitted in or upon such closed circuit television system may be obtained, reproduced or induced to such instruments, device, appliance, cables, conductors or a combination thereof without having first obtained from the owner or owners or operator or operators of such closed circuit television system permission to do so.
