2.32.010 - Created.¶

A. There is created in and for the city a redevelopment agency. The city council of the city shall be and act as the agency.

B. The agency created by this section shall operate and exercise its powers pursuant to the Community Redevelopment Law of the state (Section 33000 et seq. of the Health and Safety Code of the state), except as provided in Section 33204 of the Community Redevelopment Law.
