2.08.010 - Board of trustees created.¶
There is created and established a board of library trustees in conformity with Article VII of the Charter of the city.

2.08.020 - Department established.¶
In accordance with the provisions of Section 601 of the Charter of the city, the council creates and establishes a library department, which department shall be in charge of and headed by a chief librarian.
