2.16.010 - Created.¶
There is created and established a parks, recreation and community services commission in conformity with Article VII of the Charter of the city.

2.16.020 - Membership.¶
The commission shall consist of five members who shall be appointed by, and serve at the pleasure of the city council; all appointees shall be qualified electors of the city.
