§ 13.32.010. Application.

A. All applications for water service must be made in writing to the office of the water department of the city upon blanks furnished therefor.

B. Each applicant must state fully the uses for which service is desired and no person will be allowed to use water for any other purpose than as stated in his or her application. The water department will not permit water to be used on premises other than those covered by the application and water cannot be piped from one residence to another on the same premises without permission from the water department.

§ 13.32.020. Size of tap and service connection.

The size of taps and the service connection installed for any consumer shall be three-quarter-inch unless otherwise approved by the city engineer.

§ 13.32.030. Shutoff valve.

Water service will not be delivered to any premises unless a stopcock or valve is placed in an accessible place between the stopcock on the city service pipe and all faucets or taps on the premises.
