§ 19.50.010. Industrial sign—General provisions.¶
An "industrial sign" is, for the purpose of this chapter, defined as any sign, except for a temporary subdivision or real estate sign, in an industrial zoning which directs attention to a business, profession, commodity or service provided, sold or offered upon the premises where the sign is located. An industrial sign can be of any type or combination of two or more types, as provided in this chapter, not to exceed the total area calculation. Under no circumstances shall all signs taken in aggregate for any single parcel exceed three hundred square feet.

§ 19.50.020. Where permitted.¶
Industrial signs are permitted in any industrial zoning district.

§ 19.50.030. Freestanding signs.¶
Freestanding industrial signs shall be permitted provided that:
A. Not more than one freestanding sign structure shall be permitted for each street frontage of any lot or parcel, or any group of lots or parcels, occupied by a single building.
B. For a freestanding sign for a single business, profession, commodity or service, the sign area shall not exceed one square foot of sign area for each linear foot of street frontage occupied by the business profession, commodity or service (subject to the maximum limit in subsection E of this section).
C. For a freestanding sign for more than one business, profession, commodity or service, the sign area shall not exceed one square foot of sign area for each linear foot of building frontage occupied by the businesses, professions, commodities or services (subject to the maximum limit in subsection E of this section). The permitted sign area for each business may be combined in order to display a common designation applying to all businesses, professions, commodities and services within a building or shopping center.
D. No freestanding sign shall exceed a maximum height of twenty-five feet. If a pole sign, the bottom of such sign shall be not less than eight feet above the finished grade.
E. No single sign shall exceed two hundred square feet.

§ 19.50.040. Attached to or painted on walls of buildings.¶
Industrial signs attached to or painted on the walls of any building shall be permitted provided that:
A. The aggregate area of all such signs shall not exceed two square feet for each linear foot of building frontage to which the sign applies.
B. No such sign shall extend above the roofline or extend beyond the building line in excess of three feet.
C. No single sign shall exceed two hundred square feet.
