§ 17.04.010. Filing—optional.

  • A. Prior to the filing of a tentative subdivision map or tentative parcel map, a subdivider may submit preliminary maps, plans and other information concerning a proposed or contemplated development to the city planning commission and city engineer. The city planning commission and city engineer may make recommendations as may seem proper and recommend consultation by the subdivider with the appropriate public or private agencies.

  • B. All such recommendations are preliminary only and shall not be binding upon the city in any manner.

  • C. This is an optional procedure which may be elected by the subdivider and is not required by this title.
