§ 9.60.010. Occupancy and rental rate.

No person owning, controlling, managing, or having charge of any hotel or motel within the city shall allow, suffer, or permit an hourly charge for any room within said establishment, nor shall any room or rooms within said establishment be rented more than twice a day.

§ 9.60.020. Penalty.

Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and be punishable by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars or by imprisonment for not more than six months or both such fine and imprisonment.
