§ 10.34.010. Micromobility operations permit.¶
A. No persons shall operate a micromobility business unless the person holds a valid micromobility operations permit issued in accordance with Chapter 5.30.
B. Micromobility operations permits are the property of the city and are not transferable.

§ 10.34.020. Riding on sidewalks.¶
In accordance with California Vehicle Code Section 407.5, micromobility devices shall not be operated on the sidewalk.

§ 10.34.030. Micromobility parking.¶
No person shall park a micromobility device in such a position that obstructs the normal movement of traffic or prohibits the free use on the street and sidewalk.
