§ 10.28.010. Crosswalks.

The city traffic administrator is authorized to establish, designate, remove and maintain crosswalks for pedestrians by appropriate devices, marks or lines upon the surface of the roadway.

§ 10.28.020. Prohibited crossing.

The city traffic administrator may install signs at or adjacent to an intersection or other appropriate location directing that pedestrians shall not cross. It is unlawful for any pedestrian to cross at the locations prohibited by such signs.
