Sec. 22-46. - Established; composition.¶
There is hereby established an advisory traffic committee to serve without compensation consisting of the following city employees: community development director or designee; capital improvement program (CIP) manager; finance director or designee; public works director or designee; and a representative from the maintenance division as designated by the public works director.

Sec. 22-47. - Duties.¶
The traffic committee shall:
(a) Receive requests from residents for improving traffic conditions in the city.
(b) Provide recommendations to the city council regarding ways and means for improving traffic conditions in the city.
(c) Provide recommendations regarding the installation of traffic signs, signals and devices.
(d) Perform such other duties as may be set forth in this chapter or directed by the city council.

Sec. 22-48. - Time, location and conduct of meetings.¶
(a) The traffic committee shall meet at the time and location established by resolution of the city council.
(b) The traffic committee shall conduct its meetings in accordance with rules and procedures established by resolution of the city council.
