Division 3 — AFFORDABLE HOUSING AND DENSITY BONUS INCENTIVES

Sec. 26-153. - Land donation.

(a)

If a density bonus is requested for a land donation as per Government Code Section 65915, the applicant shall provide the following:

(1)

The location of the land to be dedicated; and

(2)

A title report showing proof of site control.
