  • D. Application Fee and/or Permit Issuance. In the event the city council determines it appropriate, it may set, by resolution, a fee for the application and/or permit issuance.

  • E. Planning commission approval of a mural design shall occur only after public notice and an opportunity being provided to any interested party to present any appropriate comments, considerations and/or concerns, either in writing or orally, to the city council.

  • F. Mural design review applications for mural permits may be referred to the Waterford chamber of commerce or similar business group for review and comment prior to action and referral by the architectural review committee. The chamber may offer suggestions and recommendation to the applicant, the architectural review committee and/or the city council to assist in the mural permit decision-making process.
