Wasco Municipal Code Ch. 8.40 Skateboard Park

These regulations are for the purpose of establishing appropriate standards for conduct at the skateboard park. (Ord. 468 §1, 2002).

"Skateboard park" means the fenced in area in Westside Park, which is designated for the use of skateboards, rollerblades, in-line skates and roller skates only. (Ord. 468 §1, 2002).

A. It is unlawful for any person to utilize the skateboard park unless that person is wearing a helmet, elbow pads and knee pads.

B. Any person who fails or refuses to comply with the provisions of this section and who is injured while using the skateboard park, shall be deemed negligent. (Ord. 468 §1, 2002).

It is unlawful for any person to violate any rule adopted by the city and posted at the skateboard park. (Ord. 468 §1, 2002).

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of an infraction and upon conviction shall be punished as set forth in Section 1.08.030. (Ord. 468 §1, 2002).
