9.04.010 Intoxicated persons.¶

It is unlawful for any person to be drunk or intoxicated on any public highway or in any public place or in any place open to public view, or to be in any private premises or in any private house in a drunken or intoxicated condition to the annoyance of any other person. (Prior code § 5020)
