Sec. 19-16.1. - Designation of Turn Limitations.¶
The City designates certain areas with turn limitations. The specific locations of the turn limitations are those indicated in the Master Parking and Traffic Resolution, as amended from time to time.

Sec. 19-16.2. - Enforcement.¶
This section shall not be enforceable until properly posted.

Sec. 19-16.3. - Violations.¶
Any person who violates the provisions of this Article is guilty of an infraction or misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished according to the laws of the State of California.
