Sec. 3-1.1. - Contract With State Employees' Retirement System.

A contract between the City Council and the Board of Administration of the California State Employees' Retirement System is hereby authorized. A copy of such contract is on file with the City Clerk. The City may, by resolution of the City Council, elect to pay a portion of the employee's contribution.
