Chapter 17.92 — DENSITY BONUSES

The City hereby adopts by reference Government Code Sections 65915 through 65918 et seq., regarding density bonuses and other incentives for accommodating the development of housing for households of specified income or for senior citizens, as set forth in the statute. (Prior code § 26.6.10-1)
