§ 16.28.010. Applicability of provisions.

The provisions of the Subdivision Map Act shall apply to all appeals. (Prior code § 28.55)

§ 16.28.020. Appeal notification.

After an appeal, the City Clerk shall notify the applicant by mail of the action of the City Council.

§ 16.28.030. Appeal rejected—Limitation on refiling.

In the event the Council shall have rejected the appeal by the applicant, the applicant and his or her successors and assigns shall be barred from filing a new application with reference to such lot or parcel or any part thereof for a period of one year from the date of such rejection except upon the ground of new evidence or changed conditions. (Prior code § 28.57)
