8.600.310 Prohibition.¶
Except when complying with a discharge permit, it is unlawful for any person to:
A. Construct, use, maintain, operate and/or continue to utilize an illicit connection.
B. Act, cause, permit or suffer any agent, employee, or independent contractor to construct, maintain, operate or utilize an illicit connection. (Ord. No. 99-1, § 2, 1-11-99)
8.600.320 Existing illicit connections.¶
This prohibition expressly includes, without limitation, illicit connections made in the past, regardless of whether the connection was permissible under law or practices applicable or prevailing at the time of connection. (Ord. No. 99-1, § 2, 1-11-99)
8.600.330 Reduction of pollutants.¶
It is unlawful for any person to discharge stormwater containing pollutants that are not reduced to the maximum extent practicable by application of BMP. (Ord. No. 99-1, § 2, 1-11-99)
