Ventura County Municipal Code Art. 3 Prostitution & Lewd Acts

Any person who causes, procures, induces, persuades or encourages any other person to patronize prostitutes or houses of prostitution, or who directs or conducts another to prostitutes or places where prostitutes may be obtained, or who offers or agrees to provide a prostitute is guilty of a misdemeanor.

Any person who visits, attends or remains in any place knowing that prostitution is being conducted there is guilty of a misdemeanor.
