7.04.010 - Short title.

Subchapter I of this title of the Vallejo Municipal Code shall be known and may be cited as "the animal and beekeeping ordinance."

7.04.020 - Authorization to appoint humane officers.

The city council hereby authorizes the Solano County Sheriff's Animal Control Division to be the animal control director and to enforce Subchapter I of Title 7 of the Vallejo Municipal Code.

7.04.030 - Limitation on number of dogs and cats.

It shall be unlawful for any owner to keep, harbor, or maintain more than four dogs which are over the age of four months on any lot, premises, dwelling, building, structure, boat or living accommodation, except as provided for in Chapter 7.32 of the Vallejo Municipal Code.
