1.16.010 - Official boundaries of city.¶
There is adopted the official boundaries of the city (with the exception of noncontiguous parcels owned by the city which have been annexed) as the same are set forth on that certain map entitled, "BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF VALLEJO, SOLANO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, PREPARED BY GLENN A. HARRIS, R.C.E. NO. 8196, dated August 20, 1973.
Three copies of the map, as above referred to, are on file in the office of the city clerk of the city of Vallejo, City Hall, Vallejo, California, for use and examination by the public.

1.16.020 - Changes of boundaries.¶
The official boundaries of the city, may, from time to time, change upon annexation of unincorporated territory or other proceedings had and taken in the manner prescribed by law, and any such change shall be effective automatically upon the date fixed by law for such proceedings to be fully completed and effective. Upon such change the city engineer shall prepare and file with the city clerk three copies of a revision to the above described map so that it will reflect the official boundaries of the city, as changed.
