§ 17.48.020. Existing trees.

Existing trees shall be preserved within any public way whenever such trees are suitably located, healthy, of desirable variety and when approved grading shall so permit. When such trees exist, the Community Development Director shall make an inspection to determine the health and desirability of species, and his or her determination shall be final. (Ord. 143-76 § 2, 1976)

§ 17.48.030. Street tree planting program.

Planting of street trees in subdivisions within the City must be in accordance with the street tree planting program of the City.
