7440 - GENERALLY¶

(a) The performance of Grantee's cable television system shall meet the technical standards as set forth in Section 76.605 or any successor Section of the Federal Communication Commissions Rules, as those standards may apply or be extended from time to time.

(b) Grantee shall conduct performance tests in accordance with the requirements of Section 76.601 or any successor section of the Federal Communication Commissions Rules, as these requirements may apply or be extended from time to time. (Ord. No. 791, Sec. 8, 2-5-79)
