7430 - UNDERGROUNDING REQUIREMENTS¶
(a) All distribution lines and individual service lines for Cable Television Systems shall be required to be installed underground, except upon express waiver by the Planning Agency. The Planning Agency shall not grant any such waiver except for those areas where other utilities are installed above ground.
(b) All new development, residential, commercial and industrial, shall be required to install underground CATV conduit facilities in accordance with the provisions of this Section except upon express waiver by the Planning Commission at the time of approval of a tentative tract map or Parcel Map.
