2221 - DEPOSIT OF MONEY

All revenues received by the City from the Real Property Transfer Tax shall be paid into the City Beautification Fund. (Ord. No. 387, Sec. 1)

2222 - EXPENDITURE OF MONEY

All money in the City Beautification Fund shall be expended exclusively for the purposes authorized by and subject to all the provisions of this Part. (Ord. No. 387, Sec. 2)

2223 - PURPOSES

Such revenues as are received from the Real Property Transfer Tax shall be used for any and all City beautification projects including all costs of acquisition, design, construction, reconstruction, maintenance and operation related to the beautification of public parks, streets and other City property, and including but not limited to design, construction, reconstruction and maintenance of parks, parkways, City entrance signs, Civic Center and all other City property. (Ord. No. 387, Sec. 3)
