2101 - TRANSFER OF TAX COLLECTION AND ASSESSMENT DUTIES

The duties of the City Treasurer insofar as they are incident to the collection of taxes and the assessment and tax collection duties performed by the City Assessor and Tax Collector are hereby transferred to the Treasurer, Assessor and Tax Collector of the County. (TCC-1, Sec. 20-1/Ord. No. 107, Sec. 1)
