3121 - SCOPE/APPLICABILITY¶

The business regulations in this Article shall apply to those businesses operating within the City and identified in this Article. Whenever the applicability of this Article to a particular business is subject to varying interpretation, the City Council shall be the appeal body and final decision maker as to the scope of this Article and its application to a particular business.

All businesses operating within the City of Tustin shall comply with the requirements of Article 3 regardless of when they began operating within the City.
