§ 9.64.010 Plan adopted.¶

The City of Tulare hereby adopts Rule 9410 of the San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District, as administered by, and as amended from time to time by, the District, as the Transportation Demand Management Plan within the city. (1995 Code, § 9.64.010) (Ord. 2023-05, passed 4-4-2023)
