2.21.010 - County Health Officer Appointment.¶
Pursuant to pertinent sections of the Health and Safety Code of the State, the Town appoints and consents that the County Health Officer of the County of Nevada shall be and act as the Town Health Officer and shall enforce and observe in the Town such orders, quarantine regulations, and rules prescribed by the State department and other rules and regulations issued under the provisions of the Health and Safety Code of the State and statutes relating to public health.
2.21.020 - Ratification.¶
All relevant codes, ordinances and regulations are hereby adopted and ratified in order for the County Health Officer to exercise the same powers and duties within the Town as are conferred upon health officers by law throughout the County.
