3.64.010 - Short title.¶

This chapter shall be known as the "court reporter per diem" ordinance.

3.64.020 - Established.¶

Pursuant to Government Code Sections 69948(q) and 70045.1, the board establishes a per diem fee of one hundred twenty-five dollars for court reporters who are required to handle criminal and/or civil cases within Trinity County.
