16.20.010 Inspection fees.¶
A. The subdivider shall bear the actual costs of inspection, which may include, but not be limited to, engineering costs, laboratory fees, consultant fees, and all inspections and control fees and tests.
B. The city council shall not approve a subdivision upon which inspection fees have not been paid in full unless these fees are covered by the subdivision agreement per TMC 16.16.150. [Ord. 163 § 7.71, 1981].
16.20.020 Fee schedule.¶
A fee schedule for the processing of all maps required by this title and the Subdivision Map Act shall be prescribed by a resolution of the city council. The city will not receive parcel or final maps for proposed subdivisions until such time that fees are paid and no part of the fee shall be refundable. [Ord. 163 § 9.04, 1981].
