It is unlawful for any person to ride a skateboard or similar device upon Edwards Street between the lighthouse and the beach, upon Main Street, upon Trinity Street and along the city-owned sidewalks and ramps in the vicinity of the Lighthouse Memorial. 10.12.020 Violation – Penalty.

Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of an infraction, and shall be punished for a first conviction by a fine not exceeding $50.00; a fine not exceeding $100.00 for a second violation of the same chapter within one year; a fine not exceeding $250.00 for each additional violation of the same chapter within one year. [Ord. 86-186 § 3, 1986].
