Sec. 9-5.101. Purpose. ¶
The purpose of this chapter is to establish guidelines for the preservation of environmental quality in the Conejo Valley and for the assessment of the environmental impact of proposed projects in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970 and the State EIR Guidelines issued pursuant thereto. (§ I, Ord. 633-NS, eff. June 9, 1977)
Sec. 9-5.102. Specific provisions. ¶
Specific policies and procedures with respect to the preservation of environmental quality and guidelines for the assessment of environmental impact and the preparation of environmental documents shall be adopted by the Council by resolution.
