9.08.030 - Unlawful acts.¶

No person shall, without the consent of the board of supervisors or its duly authorized representatives, take any salvage or other materials from the following dumps owned or operated by the county:

A. Red Bluff Dump,

B. Tehama Dump;

or any other dump hereafter established by the board of supervisors of the county.

Violation of this article shall hereby be declared to be a misdemeanor.
