2.12.010 - Created.¶
The planning commission of the city of Tehama is created pursuant to Title 7, Chapter 3, of the Government Code of the state of California.

2.12.020 - Composition.¶
The planning commission shall consist of the five members of the city council of the city.

2.12.030 - Term.¶
The term of office of each member of the planning commission shall correspond to his or her official term of office as city councilperson.

2.12.040 - Officers—Duties.¶
The commission shall appoint a chairperson and a secretary and shall adopt rules for the transaction of business and shall keep a proper record of its resolutions, transactions, findings and determinations.

2.12.050 - Functions—Duties—Powers.¶
The planning commission shall have such functions, duties and powers as are defined in Title 7, Chapter 3, of the Government Code of the state of California and the amendments thereto, as the same are applicable.
