2.04.010 - Time of meetings.¶

Regular meetings of the city council of the city of Tehama shall be held, without further notice at such location as specified by resolution establishing the day, time, or locations for meetings of the city council. Until changed by resolution, the regular meeting of the Tehama City Council shall be at the Tehama City Hall on the second Tuesday of each month.

2.04.020 - Bonds for officers.¶

The city clerk and treasurer shall furnish a corporate surety bond in such sum as may be determined by the city council or by general law. Any premium for such bond shall be a proper charge against the city of Tehama. The bond shall be for twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000.00) until changed by law or the city council.
