1.12.010 - Fees and costs paid by persons receiving benefit.¶
It is the policy of the board of supervisors that where any legal, advertising, title search, surveying, or other fees and costs, required by or incidental to rezoning, abandoning rightsofway, or other action taken by the county where the primary benefit will be an individual, corporation, or a limited group of individuals or corporations, rather than the county, that the legal advertising fees and other costs incurred will be paid by the persons or corporations receiving the benefit.

1.12.020 - Resolutions establishing uniform rules as to establishment of fees.¶
The board of supervisors may by resolution establish uniform rules for the guidance of the county officials in establishing fees that will be charged to defray the public expense in the matters specified in Section 1.12.010.
