13.20.010 - Definition.

As used in this chapter, "visible or lawful business" shall mean visiting the burial site of friends or relatives.

13.20.020 - Unlawful acts.

It shall be unlawful for any person to commit or perform any of the following acts in the premises of a public cemetery in the county:

A. To loiter, prowl, or wander upon the premises of a cemetery without visible or lawful business thereon;

B. To ride a motorcycle or bicycle on the premises of a public cemetery without lawful business thereon;

C. To shoot or discharge a firearm, fireworks, BB gun, pellet gun, slingshot or other type of weapon upon the premises of a cemetery. This prohibition shall not be applicable to the discharge of firearms as a portion of any traditional type of funeral or burial service.

13.20.030 - Violation.

A violation of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor.
