8.40.070 - Wastewater discharging.¶

It is unlawful to discharge to the city POTW any waste prohibited or regulated by this chapter or state or federal law without a permit issued by the superintendent.

8.40.080 - Inspection.¶

The superintendent may inspect the facilities of any user to ascertain whether the purpose of this chapter is being met. Persons or occupants of premises where wastewater is being created or discharged shall allow the superintendent ready access at all reasonable times, to all parts of the premises for the purpose of inspection, sampling, records examination or in the performance of any of his duties.
