11.30.010 - Generally.

A. Parking in and upon any and all parking lots leased, owned, maintained and operated by the city for public use shall be in designated spaces only, and in the manner provided as posted in each such parking lot by resolution.

B. No person shall park a vehicle upon any lot owned or leased by the city for the purpose of:

  1. Displaying such vehicle for sale;

  2. Washing, greasing or repairing such vehicle except repairs necessitated by an emergency.

11.30.020 - Consecutive parking limited.

No person shall park or leave a vehicle in any public parking lot within the city limits for more than twenty-four consecutive hours.

11.30.030 - Removal of vehicle.

Any regularly employed police officer of the city is authorized to have removed to a storage area any vehicle which has been parked or left standing upon a public parking lot within the city limits of the city for more than twenty-four consecutive hours.
